Directive as last amended by Directive 2006/97/EC. and contracting entities as referred to in Article 2 of Directive 2004/17/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 coordinating the procurement procedures of entities operating in the water, energy, transport and postal services sectors OJ L 134, 30.4.2004, p. 1. Directive as last amended by Directive 2006/97/EC. . Directives 89/665/EEC and 92/13/EEC are intended to ensure the effective application of Directives 2004/18/EC and 2004/17/EC.
