Η Αρχή Ηλεκτρισμού Κύπρου established by the περί Αναπτύξεως Ηλεκτρισμού Νόμο, Κεφ. 171. Διαχειριστής Συστήματος Μεταφοράς was established in accordance with article 57 of the Περί Ρύθμισης της Αγοράς Ηλεκτρισμού Νόμου 122(Ι) του 2003 Other persons, entities or businesses which operate an activity which is established in article 3 of Directive 2004/17/EC and which operate on the basis of a license granted by virtue of article 34 of περί Ρύθμισης της αγοράς Ηλεκτρισμού Νόμου του 2003 {Ν. 122(Ι)/2003}.
