All contracting entities in the sectors which supply services in the field of urban railway, tramway, trolleybus or bus services defined in the section 4 paragraph 1 letter f) of Act No 137/2006 Coll. on Public Contracts, as amended. Examples of contracting entities: Dopravní podnik hl.m. Prahy, akciová společnost Dopravní podnik města Brna, a. s. Dopravní podnik Ostrava a.s. Plzeňské městské dopravní podniky, a.s. Dopravní podnik města Olomouce, a.s.
