(5) Pursuant to Article 82 of Directive 2004/18/EC, references to the repealed Directives 93/36/EEC and 93/37/EEC are to be construed as being made to Directive 2004/18/EC in accordance with the correlation table in Annex XII to Directive 2004/18/EC, ensuring therefore that contracting authorities contained in Directives 93/36/EEC and 93/37/EEC as amended by the Accession Treaty of 2003 are actually included in the relevant annexes to Directive 2004/18/EC.
