Council Directive 2008/8/EC of 12 February 2008 amending Directive 2006/112/EC as regards the place of supply of services · European Union
Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with Articles 1 to 5 of this Directive from the respective dates provided for in those provisions. They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof. When Member States adopt these provisions, they shall contain a reference to this Directive or be accompanied by such a reference on the occasion of their official publication. The methods of making such reference shall be laid down by Member States.
