Directive 2008/12/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2008 amending Directive 2006/66/EC on batteries and accumulators and waste batteries and accumulators, as regards the implementing powers conferred on the Commission · European Union

the first sentence of Article 12(6) shall be replaced by the following: ‘6. Annex III may be adapted or supplemented to take account of technical or scientific progress. Those measures, designed to amend non-essential elements of this Directive, inter alia, by supplementing it, shall be adopted in accordance with the regulatory procedure with scrutiny referred to in Article 24(3).’;
