Die Mitgliedstaaten gewährleisten, dass der gemäß Anhang XIV Abschnitt A festgelegte Indikator für die durchschnittliche Exposition für 2015 nicht die in Anhang XIV Abschnitt C festgelegte Verpflichtung in Bezug auf die Expositionskonzentration übersteigt.
