Wird auf diesen Absatz Bezug genommen, so gelten die Artikel 5 und 7 des Beschlusses 1999/468/EG unter Beachtung von dessen Artikel 8. Der Zeitraum nach Artikel 5 Absatz 6 des Beschlusses 1999/468/EG wird auf drei Monate festgesetzt.
