Directive 2008/57/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 June 2008 on the interoperability of the rail system within the Community (Recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall consider those interoperability constituents which bear the ‘EC’ declaration of conformity or suitability for use as complying with the essential requirements of this Directive.
