Directive 2008/57/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 June 2008 on the interoperability of the rail system within the Community (Recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The model of declaration of conformity to type shall be adopted by the Commission by 19 July 2009 on the basis of a draft prepared by the Agency and in accordance with the regulatory procedure referred to in Article 29(3).
