Directive 2008/57/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 June 2008 on the interoperability of the rail system within the Community (Recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Commission shall adopt the reference document, as well as any decision to update it, on the basis of the Agency's recommendation and in accordance with the regulatory procedure referred to in Article 29(3).
