Directive 2008/57/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 June 2008 on the interoperability of the rail system within the Community (Recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

A Member State shall withdraw approval from a body which no longer meets the criteria referred to in Annex VIII. It shall forthwith inform the Commission and the other Member States thereof.
