Directive 2008/57/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 June 2008 on the interoperability of the rail system within the Community (Recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Commission shall draw up a work programme taking account of the extension of the scope provided for in Article 8, the amendment of the TSIs provided for in Article 6(1) and the other obligations imposed on it by this Directive. The Commission shall keep the Committee fully informed on and involved in the drawing up and updating of the programme.
