In the case of vehicles placed in service for the first time in a third country and authorised in a Member State for placing in service on its territory, that Member State shall ensure that the data listed in paragraph 2(d) to (f) can be retrieved through the national vehicle register. Data referred to in paragraph 2(f) may be substituted by safety critical data relating to the maintenance schedule.
