Directive 2008/57/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 June 2008 on the interoperability of the rail system within the Community (Recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Common specifications for the register shall be adopted in accordance with the regulatory procedure referred to in Article 29(3) and on the basis of draft specifications prepared by the Agency. Those draft specifications shall include content, data format, functional and technical architecture, operating mode and rules for data input and consultation.
