Directive 2008/57/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 June 2008 on the interoperability of the rail system within the Community (Recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Agency shall prepare draft specifications on this register regarding its presentation and format, its revision cycle and instructions for use, taking into account an appropriate transition period for infrastructures placed in service before the entry into force of this Directive. The Commission shall adopt the specifications in accordance with the regulatory procedure referred to in Article 29(3).
