III.2. Additional transitional provisions

Member States may maintain restrictions on the transport of substances containing dioxins and furans applicable on 30 June 2009. Certificates, in accordance with Annex III, Section III.1 (8.1), issued before or during the transitional period referred to in Article 7(2) shall be valid until 30 June 2016, unless a shorter period of validity is indicated in the certificate itself.
