Subject: Exemption to permit the transport of Emulsion Explosive Matrix, with substance identification number UN 3375, in tanks. Reference to Annex I, Section I.1, to this Directive: 4.3. Content of the Annex to the Directive: Use of tanks, etc. Content of the national legislation: The carriage of Emulsion Explosive Matrix, bearing the substance identification number UN 3375, is permitted in tanks. Initial reference to the national legislation: Regulation 82(6) of the ‘Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road Regulations, 2004’. Comments: The matrix, although classified as a solid, is not in a powdery or granular form. Expiry date: 30 June 2015.
