DIRECTIVE 2008/98/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 19 November 2008 on waste and repealing certain Directives (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall adopt measures to ensure that producers offering textile, textile-related or footwear products listed in Annex IVc to end users located in the Union provide fulfilment service providers with the information referred to in paragraph 13 at the moment of the conclusion of the contract between the fulfilment service provider and the producer for any of the services referred to in Article 3, point (11), of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020.
