Article 22b › 1

DIRECTIVE 2008/98/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 19 November 2008 on waste and repealing certain Directives (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall establish a register of producers of textile, textile-related or footwear products listed in Annex IVc (‘register of producers’) to monitor compliance of those producers with Article 22a and Article 22c(1).
