Article 22b › 3

DIRECTIVE 2008/98/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 19 November 2008 on waste and repealing certain Directives (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall only allow producers to make available on the market for the first time textile, textile-related or footwear products listed in Annex IVc where they or, in the case of authorisation, their authorised representatives for extended producer responsibility, are registered in the Member State in question.
