Article 22c › 1

DIRECTIVE 2008/98/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 19 November 2008 on waste and repealing certain Directives (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall ensure that producers of textile, textile-related or footwear products listed in Annex IVc entrust a producer responsibility organisation to fulfil their extended producer responsibility obligations laid down in Article 22a on their behalf.
