Article 22c › 13

DIRECTIVE 2008/98/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 19 November 2008 on waste and repealing certain Directives (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

By way of derogation from paragraph 12, Member States may exempt, partially or totally, social economy entities from the obligation to submit the information in paragraph 12, where the fulfilment of such reporting obligations would result in a disproportionate administrative burden on those entities.
