Member States shall ensure that producer responsibility organisations provide, on an annual basis, the competent authorities with the information referred to in paragraph 18, points (a) and (b), including the relevant information referred to in paragraph 18, point (a), required, on an annual basis, from the producers of the textile, textile-related or footwear products listed in Annex IVc that have been made available on the market for the first time. Member States shall ensure that producer responsibility organisations specify the quantity by weight in respect of the information referred to in paragraph 18, point (a), points (iii), (iv) and (v).
