Passport No: L851940 (Tunisian passport issued on 9.9.1998, expired on 8.9.2003). Other information: sentenced to seven years and six months of imprisonment by the Court of first instance of Cremona on 15.7.2006. This sentence was appealed and a new trial will be held by the Court of Appeal of Brescia. Detained in Italy as of September 2007.’
