Regulation (EC) No 300/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2008 on common rules in the field of civil aviation security and repealing Regulation (EC) No 2320/2002 (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

It shall apply as from the date specified in the implementing rules adopted in accordance with the procedures referred to in Article 4(2) and (3), but not later than 24 months after the entry into force of this Regulation.
