Regulation (EC) No 300/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2008 on common rules in the field of civil aviation security and repealing Regulation (EC) No 2320/2002 (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not apply if: the Member State concerned applies the measures concerned in accordance with Article 6; or the requirement of the third country is limited to a given flight on a specific date.
