Article 135

Modernised Customs Code

Regulation (EC) No 450/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2008 laying down the Community Customs Code (Modernised Customs Code) · European Union

Goods may be placed under any of the following categories of special procedures: transit, which shall comprise external and internal transit; storage, which shall comprise temporary storage, customs warehousing and free zones; specific use, which shall comprise temporary admission and end-use; processing, which shall comprise inward and outward processing.
