Article 186

Modernised Customs Code

Regulation (EC) No 450/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2008 laying down the Community Customs Code (Modernised Customs Code) · European Union

Regulations (EEC) No 3925/91, (EEC) No 2913/92 and (EC) No 1207/2001 are hereby repealed. References to the repealed Regulations shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation tables set out in the Annex.
