Modernised Customs Code

Regulation (EC) No 450/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2008 laying down the Community Customs Code (Modernised Customs Code) · European Union

All other provisions shall be applicable once the implementing provisions adopted on the basis of the Articles referred to in the paragraph 1 are applicable. The implementing provisions shall enter into force on 24 June 2009 at the earliest. Notwithstanding the entry into force of the implementing provisions, the provisions of this Regulation referred to in this paragraph shall be applicable on 24 June 2013 at the latest.
