Article 35

Modernised Customs Code

Articles 36, 37 and 38 lay down rules for the determination of the non-preferential origin of goods for the purposes of applying the following: the Common Customs Tariff with the exception of the measures referred to in Article 33(2)(d) and (e); measures, other than tariff measures, established by Community provisions governing specific fields relating to trade in goods; other Community measures relating to the origin of goods.
