Regulation (EC) No 1099/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 October 2008 on energy statistics (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

This Regulation establishes a common framework for the production, transmission, evaluation and dissemination of comparable energy statistics in the Community. This Regulation shall apply to statistical data concerning energy products and their aggregates in the Community.
