Regulation (EC) No 1099/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 October 2008 on energy statistics (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Within six months of receipt of a request from the Commission (Eurostat), and in order to allow it to assess the quality of the data transmitted, Member States shall send to the Commission (Eurostat) a report containing any relevant information concerning the implementation of this Regulation.
