The Committee shall adopt its own rules of procedure and organise its own operational arrangements. With regard to decisions concerning amendments to the rules of procedure and elections to and dismissals from the Board of the Committee, the rules of procedure may foresee decision-making procedures that are different from those set out in Article 14.
