2009/77/EC: Commission Decision of 23 January 2009 establishing the Committee of European Securities Regulators (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Committee shall monitor and assess developments in the securities sector and, where necessary, inform the Committee of European Banking Supervisors, the Committee of European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Supervisors and the Commission. The Committee shall ensure that the finance ministries and national central banks of the Member States are informed about potential or imminent problems.
