2009/77/EC: Commission Decision of 23 January 2009 establishing the Committee of European Securities Regulators (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Committee shall regularly inform the Commission about the outcome of its activities. It shall have regular contacts with the European Securities Committee established by Commission Decision 2001/528/EC OJ L 191, 13.7.2001, p. 45. and the competent Committee of the European Parliament.
