2009/78/EC: Commission Decision of 23 January 2009 establishing the Committee of European Banking Supervisors (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Committee shall regularly inform the Commission about the outcome of its activities. It shall have regular contacts with the European Banking Committee established by Commission Decision 2004/10/EC OJ L 3, 7.1.2004, p. 36. and the competent Committee of the European Parliament.
