2009/79/EC: Commission Decision of 23 January 2009 establishing the Committee of European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Supervisors (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Committee may set up working groups. The Commission shall be invited to the meetings of the working groups as an observer.
