2009/79/EC: Commission Decision of 23 January 2009 establishing the Committee of European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Supervisors (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Committee shall cooperate in the area of supervision of financial conglomerates with the Committee of European Banking Supervisors in a Joint Committee on Financial Conglomerates. The Commission and the European Central Bank shall be invited to the meetings of the Joint Committee on Financial Conglomerates as observers.
