For every analysis work file, the Director shall specify in an order opening the file: the file name; the purpose of the file; the groups of persons concerning whom data are stored; the nature of the data to be stored and personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade-union membership and data concerning health or sex life which are strictly necessary; the general context leading to the decision to open the file; the participants in the analysis group at the time of opening the file; the conditions under which the personal data stored in the file may be communicated, to which recipients and under what procedure; the time limits for examination of the data and the duration of storage; the method of establishment of the audit log.
