Council Decision of 6 April 2009 establishing the European Police Office (Europol) · European Union

The Member State in the territory of which damage is caused by Europol staff operating in accordance with Article 6 in that Member State during their assistance in operational measures shall make good such damage under the conditions applicable to damage caused by its own officials.
