Article 55

This Decision shall not affect the legal force of agreements concluded by Europol as established by the Europol Convention before the date of application of this Decision. Paragraph 1 shall apply in particular to the Headquarters Agreement concluded on the basis of Article 37 of the Europol Convention, as well as the agreements between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the other Member States established on the basis of Article 41(2) of the Europol Convention and to all international agreements, including their provisions on the exchange of information, and to contracts concluded by, liabilities incumbent on and properties acquired by Europol, as established by the Europol Convention.
