Council Decision of 6 April 2009 establishing the European Police Office (Europol) · European Union

The Management Board set up on the basis of the Europol Convention, the Director appointed on the basis of that Convention and the Joint Supervisory Body set up on the basis of that Convention shall prepare the adoption of the following instruments:
