2.

The actions and decisions referred to in paragraph 1 shall be taken in accordance with Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 2343/2002 and shall include, inter alia, the following: the preparation and adoption of all actions and decisions referred to in Article 42 in relation to the first budgetary year after the date of application of this Decision; the appointment of the accounting officer as provided for in Article 37(9)(e) by 15 November in the year preceding the first budgetary year after the date of application of this Decision; the establishment of the internal audit function as provided for in Article 37(9)(f).
