2009/470/EC: Council Decision of 25 May 2009 on expenditure in the veterinary field (Codified version) · European Union
The Member State concerned shall obtain a Community financial contribution for the eradication of foot-and-mouth disease, on condition that the measures provided for in Article 3(2) and the appropriate provisions of Directive 2003/85/EC, are applied immediately.
