2009/470/EC: Council Decision of 25 May 2009 on expenditure in the veterinary field (Codified version) · European Union
Notwithstanding Articles 25, 26 and 27, the level of Community financial participation for programmes relating to the diseases referred to in those Articles shall be fixed by the Commission, in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 40(2), at 50 % of the costs incurred in the Member State by way of compensation for owners for the slaughter of cattle because of the disease concerned.
