Community financial aid may be granted with a view to promoting the smooth operation of programmes for exchange notably through the further training courses referred to in Article 34(1). The level of the Community financial contribution, and any conditions to which it may be subject, shall be determined in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 40(2).
