2009/470/EC: Council Decision of 25 May 2009 on expenditure in the veterinary field (Codified version) · European Union
Where a Member State is directly threatened by the occurrence or the development, in the territory of a third country or Member State, of one of the diseases referred to in Articles 3(1), 4(1), 6(1) and (2) or 14(1) or in Annex I, it shall inform the Commission and the other Member States of the measures which it intends to adopt for its protection.
