2009/470/EC: Council Decision of 25 May 2009 on expenditure in the veterinary field (Codified version) · European Union
Any liaison or reference laboratory designated as such in accordance with Community veterinary legislation and fulfilling the duties and requirements laid down therein, may receive Community aid. Arrangements for granting the aid provided for in paragraph 1, the conditions to which it may be subject and its amount shall be determined in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 40(2). The appropriations required for the measures provided for in this section shall be decided upon each year as part of the budgetary procedure.
