Decision No 716/2009/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 establishing a Community programme to support specific activities in the field of financial services, financial reporting and auditing · European Union

Beneficiaries that carry out international activities in third countries, such as the IASCF and the PIOB, shall not continue to benefit under the Programme if after the first 2 years of co-financing they have not made significant progress towards ensuring that neutral funding arrangements form a majority of their total funding, including from third-country participants.
